- 要 約:
- 乳酸菌の1種ラクトバチルスガセリは、近年分類の見直しが実施され、その一部がラクトバチルスパラガセリとして再分類された。これら2菌種のアミノ酸ラセマーゼ遺伝子の塩基配列は菌種特有であり、それらを制限酵素で切断してそのパターンを確認することにより迅速にこれら2菌種を識別することが可能な方法を開発した。
