We have established the Megmilk Snow Brand Group Charter of Corporate Behavior as a model of conduct that each individual should understand and put into practice every day to realize the Megmilk Snow Brand Group Corporate Philosophy. Under this corporate activity charter, we have established the Megmilk Snow Brand Group Sustainability Policy and various other policies. Furthermore, we have established a code of conduct in each company in our group (e.g., the Megmilk Snow Brand Code of Conduct) as specific guidelines for the conduct of our individual employees.
